I'll feature the first nine (9) people who comment and go through their gallery and pick out my top three (3) pieces. If you're featured you have to make a journal and tag me at the top. Personally, I'm also going to chat a bit about your art too, try and do a two stars and a wish kind of thing.
I love much personality comes across in your art, like omg the body language and facial expressions are amazing, and it's always so much fun to see you using different mediums and trying different things. Your characters are all so different from each other too and it's so nice to see so many women who are powerful in different ways and with such different personalities and perspectives. Sometimes some things look a little awkward though, like some faces or arms so you know, references. Also Makena's palms should be lighter than the rest of her skin, not the same colour, which is something to keep in mind for darker skinned characters
Your art is just so nice honestly, it's soft and you're so good at conveying the mood with your colour choices. Your art is also super expressive in far more than just colour choices too, like your grasp of body language and expressions make every piece tell its own story. Also your crochet dolls are so beautiful and I will absolutely love her until the end of time honestly. And you make and draw everything so fast which is so amazing and will help you improve really quickly too, because you can get through more art faster. That being said, you might from slowing down sometimes and take your time with things at the end, like making sure that glass is transparent and checking that your shading is in the right place.
Your attention to detail is amazing (I'm looking at you Frin) and you take on so many challenges, even if you hate yourself for it. You're really good at drawing hands too, which is like some kind of super power or something because damn how do you do that. Your style is also really nice too, slotted somewhere between semi realism and Disney is such a nice place to be. You already know your art is kind of stiff, so I'll say something else. Your colours work a lot better when you do take your colours from photos of nature rather than trying to come up with a colour scheme. It's mostly in the background V foreground, where your characters get a little lost because of the lack of contrast in the values.
Your pixels are so beautiful, especially with those little animations, like damn. The floating islands look like they're half a step away from being out of a game. I don't know anything about pixel art or animation though tbh so there's nothing else for me to say lmao. I really love the older art in your gallery too, the exaduration of the body and expressions and the water colour effects with your favourite brush set made your art really lively and cute. When you're colouring and shading things, the colours you choose don't always work particularly well together, and I can't quite place why. Maybe you're shading with black? idk it looks a little odd sometimes. Also your chibis could do some work too, there's something about chibis having defined cheek bones and jaws and that neck line that's a little... off. That could just be me though
